Returns/Replacement Policy

Return Policy


If you are not happy with your item, then you may be able to return it for a full refund within 14 days of delivery*.  The item must be in the original condition and packaging.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).  The delivery charges vary dependent on the courier and item, we will be able to tell you what the delivery charge will be once you have confirmed a return.  The delivery charge will be deducted from your order payment.  A refund will only be made once we have received the item and it has been approved by us.

Replacement/Damages Policy

We advise you to check your item(s) upon delivery and report any issues to us within 3 days.
If your item(s) arrive damaged, defective or with some missing parts then we can offer a replacement unit or parts at no extra cost to you.  Please contact us and we will send you further instructions as to what is required.  You will usually have to take some pictures and send it to us by email so we can check the damages.
In the case of a refund being issued to you then we would require 5 working days to arrange this.
